The staffs were helpful and polite , which was appreciated.
I found the air conditioning difficult to control , despite the engineer visiting twice. It never got above 20 degrees Celsius , and condensation looked when I tried to increase the temperature .

the location is very convenient to the metro station and the shopping mall is right next to it i found my way easily. the complimentary airport shuttle was a plus it saved me time and money.
the breakfast options lacked some variety though the waffles tasted good
